I started Offbeat Running because I believe everyone belongs in this sport. Trans athletes. Queer athletes. Neurodivergent athletes.
I am an RRCA-certified running coach who has been in the sport for over 30 years, racing middle and long distances. I’m excited to support you in your running journey. Whether you’re building fitness, chasing a PR, or aiming for your first 5K, I will deliver an individualized, research-backed plan to help you reach your goals, from the mile to the marathon.
Based in Lincoln, NE, and serving athletes locally and virtually.

Coaching PROGRAMs
All programs include: gait analysis, unlimited communication for training questions, weekly check-ins and feedback (via phone, text, email, or in-person), and optional once-weekly in-person training support.
Each program can be adapted to your current fitness level and goals, and you can upgrade to a longer program at any time.
